Galatians 3:28 (New Century Version)
28 In Christ, there is no difference between Jew and Greek, slave and free person, male and female. You are all the same in Christ Jesus.
I felt like sharing this.
This is the verse posted today on my Facebook page.
We are all brothers & sisters IN CHRIST.
There shouldn’t be things separating us like skin color, education, denomination, wealth. There shouldn’t be a difference between lower class, middle class, upper class. There shouldn’t be a difference of skinny vs.. fat. There shouldn’t be beautiful vs.. ugly.
We need to realize that we are all ONE IN CHRIST.
We need to be focusing on serving God. Praising and worshipping Him for who He is & what He has done for us. We need to be concerned with lost souls… not who has on rags at church this morning, or who is going to preach today, or who isn’t going to ‘get to’ sing, or who stole our seat.
We need to be of one mind and one accord!
If we were all in a stadium in pitch darkness… we couldn’t see a thing. The only thing that would be different about all of us is this:
Some of us would let our light shine… and others would have no light at all.

I love this verse. And, it really rings in my ears when I feel I'm being attacked by fellow Christians!! (or see fellow Christians arguing about things w/in the church)
I feel like saying, "Yo, have you READ this verse??" We're supposed to be one...not fighting about whether to have drums in worship, or whether we should be helping a ministry in Haiti, or even about whether we should host a special event to help our fellow believers grow.
How have you seen this verse contradicted in your sphere of the world?
